A new exciting phase has begun
at Konstakuten.
The deck has been
re-shuffled...
Some new enthusiastic
visionaries have joined forces forming a 'new' board while some of the
'old' board members (Árni Gudmundsson, Per Hüttner, Sofie Sweger &
Cristian Rieloff) have moved on to new exciting projects and
challenges.....
Here are some
UPDATES:
- Konstakutens international
network of artist-run, independant
organisations and groups FESARS
and archive of artists documentation KONSTBANKEN has formed the
basis of a new and separate organisation 'United
Net-works', initiated and run by Sofie Sweger. For

-Konstakuten's ongoing project
'Curatorial Mutiny' will be continuing next
year. It will be run
independently from the gallery by Per Hüttner. The
first project will be two interconnected projects in New York this
coming
spring. For more information

- Árni
Gudmundsson, Cristian Rieloff and Daniel Westerlund are in the
process of opening a new
'DIY (do it
yourself) space for artists. For more info contact:

Last but not least, the four of
us: Sofie, Per, Cristian and Arni would like to thank everyone who has
helped and supported Konstakuten's activities over the
years for a marvellous time. We would especially like to thank
all the exhibiting artists and our wonderful audience for a tremendous
