Evan Quigley will be hosting a pie baking competition at the Anna Leonowens Gallery in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in co-operation with the Bathroom Gallery.  

The Pie Bake Off (PBO) will take place May 28-June 1, 2001.  

Pies will be judged on Taste and Presentation. 
Pies should be fruit, for example, but not limited to apple, blueberry, or raspberry.

If you are interested in entering the competition, please drop off or express-post your pie to the Anna Leonowens Gallery by May 28th at 5:30pm.
